Sea Breeze Apartment is spread over the top two floors of a Victorian townhouse. Formerly the home of artists, it maintains a playful spirit in keeping with the nature of Kemptown. The house is often flooded with sunshine from the South-facing rooms. The seafront is just 3 minutes walk away and the sea is visible from the Western end of the road. There are lots of independent shops, cafes and pubs in this village area, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Taxis and buses are easily accessed, and if you prefer to walk, you can be in central Brighton in 15-20 mins. There is paid on-street parking available (using the parking meters). If you like the convenience of a guaranteed parking space, there is a nearby private parking space option (please ask for details and availability).
