Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pied-a-terre in the heart of Kemptown.
This little ‘micro flat’ has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, just 3 mins walk from the seafront in the Bohemian quarter of Brighton. Comfortable bed, en suite shower, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, a Smart tv, a table to sit at and work/dine. There is outside space to the front of the flat (facing the street side), with a patio table and chairs.
Perfectly designed to provide everything you need in one space, our ‘micro flat’ is really enjoyable to stay in, even though it’s dinky. Light and bright, with a contemporary design, this is a lovely space in a really convenient location.
Access Little Gem via a set of generously proportioned steps with handrail down into a communal courtyard-like area with seating and a table for your use (facing the street side, so not ‘private’ as such, but pleasant). Enter through the first door at this level into a communal hallway, then access Little Gem via it’s own sturdy front door. Little Gem is completely self-contained.
We will be on hand to assist throughout your stay, and contactable via mobile for any queries or assistance.
Brighton is a ‘walking city’ these days where car ownership is generally not encouraged or made easy! However, if you do come by car there is a Park and Ride, you can also book car parking spaces through Apps such as JustPark. There is meter parking outside the flat, but only for limited periods (not 24 hours) – parking is free here between 8pm and 8am. There are some roads in Brighton where you can still park for ‘free’ and we encourage you to search for ‘free parking in Brighton’ on your search engine.
By contrast, bus services are frequent and there is a bus stop 30 seconds from the flat, opposite the Sussex County Hospital (you can’t hear it though because it’s on the top road, behind a building!). You can get a bus from the station (Nos 7, 1 and 1A), direct to the bus stop near the flat (the stop for Sussex County Hospital).
There is also a cab rank at the end of the street. It costs about £10 to get to the centre of Brighton.
It takes around 15 mins to walk to the centre. 3 mins to walk to the beach. If you turn left as you come out of the property and walk to the end of the road, then turn left again, you will see the sea straight ahead of you!
