Bright and spacious with wooden floors and lots of original features, this ground floor apartment is elegant and comfortable. Painted white throughout, with modern artwork. Marble fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows in the lounge with lovely views onto the front garden which is screened from the roadside by a tall hedge. The lounge has an open fireplace for cosy winter nights, and a flat screen Smart tv for Netflix etc. There is a small courtyard to the rear of the kitchen which could provide a secure space for storing eg bicycles. A versatile feature is the Super King zip linked beds in each bedroom which can be separated into two full sized single beds if preferred.
The whole apartment is accessible for guests’ sole use.

The apartment is located in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood, and the road itself is one way. The apartment is set back from the road behind a hedge, with a private front garden laid to lawn, with shrubs, providing a pleasant feeling of privacy and with the enjoyment of a green space to look out onto. The main shopping centre is a 5-8 min walk from the apartment, including the large Royal Victoria Place shopping mall (you will find Marks and Spencer and Fenwick’s here). There are numerous cafes in the pedestrianised area, Neros, Costa etc. There is a large interiors shop – The Cotswold Company – nearby, as well as banks, Waterstones bookshop and many others.

There is a 24 hour car park located 3-5 mins walk from the apartment. On-street parking is permitted on Beulah Road in designated parking bays, but NOT within the periods 10-11am and 2-3pm when only residents are allowed to park there.
